For those people that have either been labeled as or identify themselves as Type A personalities, this course is focused on helping you develop a meditation practice that you can maintain.

Typically the reason Type A's have difficulty sticking with meditation is their attachment to outcomes. There are no specific results to achieve in meditation. It is very personal and focused on the inner landscape, so nothing 'outer' will provide a sense of achievement. This can be frustrating and force people to give up - because they feel it's a waste of time if there is no immediate benefit.

That's one of the BIGGEST myths. The changes and benefits are small in the beginning. Then the shifts become more profound.
