Bios
LONG BIO
Erin Coupe is a speaker, executive partner, author, and the founder of I Can Fit That In—a movement and methodology that helps high-achieving professionals shift from autopilot and burnout to clarity, energy, and fulfillment.
Known for her ability to energize, empower, and deeply connect with her audience, Erin helps leaders and teams reclaim their time and attention through intentional rituals that fuel performance and well-being. Her work challenges the outdated hustle culture that equates productivity with exhaustion, introducing instead a mindful, structured approach to living and leading with purpose.
Before launching her business in 2020, Erin spent over 17 years at global firms including Goldman Sachs and CBRE. Her transition from corporate executive to transformational guide was driven by her personal awakening—a journey that took her from self-sabotage to self-leadership. She immersed herself in neuroscience (MIT), quantum mechanics, and spiritual study, combining these insights with her real-world leadership experience to create a uniquely grounded and expansive approach to growth.
Today, Erin is a recognized thought leader in authentic leadership, energy optimization, and personal development. Her client roster includes Fortune 100 companies, professional sports organizations like Major League Soccer, universities, and global associations. Whether on stage, in a boardroom, or inside a small group intensive, her impact is felt through the clarity, empowerment, and transformation she sparks in others.
Erin lives just north of Chicago with her husband and two boys. When she’s not speaking or coaching, you’ll find her writing, making something delicious in the kitchen (but never baking), or grounding in nature.
