LONG BIO
Erin Coupe is a speaker, executive partner, author, and founder of Authentically EC—a coaching and personal development company helping business leaders and professionals elevate their leadership, align their well-being, and enrich their lives both personally and professionally. She is the creator of the I Can Fit That In methodology, which guides high-achieving professionals to align their energy, gain clarity, and cultivate sustainable fulfillment.
Known for her ability to energize, empower, and deeply connect with her audiences, Erin helps leaders and teams reclaim their time and focus through intentional rituals that fuel both performance and well-being. Her work challenges outdated hustle culture and the notion that productivity must come at the cost of exhaustion. Instead, she introduces a mindful, structured approach to living and leading with clarity and purpose.
Before launching her business in 2020, Erin spent over 17 years at global firms including Goldman Sachs and CBRE. Her shift from corporate executive to transformational guide was sparked by a personal awakening—a journey that led her from self-sabotage to self-leadership. She immersed herself in neuroscience (MIT), quantum mechanics, and spiritual study, blending these insights with real-world experience to create a uniquely grounded and expansive approach to growth.
Today, Erin is recognized as a thought leader in authentic leadership and personal transformation. Her clients include Fortune 1000 companies, professional sports organizations like Major League Soccer, universities, and global associations. Whether she’s on stage, in the boardroom, or facilitating a small group mastermind, Erin’s impact is felt through the clarity, empowerment, and transformation she ignites in others.
She lives just north of Chicago with her husband and two boys. When she’s not speaking or coaching, you’ll find her writing, cooking something delicious (but never baking), or grounding in nature.
