LONG BIO
Erin Coupe is an international speaker, author of I Can Fit That In, and founder & CEO of Authentically EC, a professional training, coaching and personal development company that helps organizations and professionals elevate leadership, cultivate energy intelligence, redefine productivity, and build resilience. She's also host of the podcast, I Can Fit That In.
Known for her ability to energize, inspire, and deeply connect, Erin bridges the soul of business with the power of human connection. Her work challenges the outdated belief that productivity must come at the cost of exhaustion, introducing an intentional approach that fuels both performance and well-being.
Before founding her company in 2020, Erin spent over 17 years in leadership roles at global firms including Goldman Sachs and CBRE. Her transition from corporate executive to transformational guide was sparked by a personal journey from self-sabotage to self-leadership, enriched by studies in neuroscience (MIT), quantum mechanics, and spiritual growth—blending science, strategy, and human experience into a grounded, expansive approach to inner alignment.
Erin's work has been featured in national media and trusted by Fortune 500 companies, professional sports organizations, universities, and global associations.
She lives in the North Shore of Chicago with her husband and two boys. When she’s not coaching, creating, or speaking, she enjoys puzzling, reading, cooking (never baking), and spending time in nature.
